2. Digital Services (Web Design, Development, Branding)
No Refunds After Work Begins
Once a project has started, payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Website design and development
- Branding and creative services
- SEO or optimization work
- Any custom digital service
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time, planning, and resource allocation.
Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel:
- Work completed up to that point will be billed
- No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work
3. Custom Orders (3D Artwork, Custom Builds, Commissioned Work)
All custom orders are final sale.
Because these items are:
- Made specifically for you
- Not resellable
- Built based on your direction
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Style preferences
- Subjective dissatisfaction
4. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If Red Pixels Agency offers physical goods:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage
We will:
- Replace the item or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Personalized products
- Used or altered items
5. Revisions vs Refunds

If you're unhappy with a deliverable:

- We will work with you to resolve concerns within project limits
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
- Dispute all chargebacks with evidence
- Suspend or terminate services
- Refuse future service
7. Turnaround Times
All timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
- Project scope
- Client responsiveness
- Revision cycles
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
