Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.

3. Payments & Fees

  • Projects may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins
  • Remaining balances are due according to agreed milestones
  • Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees

We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Work already completed is non-refundable
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes

5. Revisions & Scope

  • Projects include a defined number of revisions (if specified)
  • Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges

Scope creep = additional billing. No exceptions.

6. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership

Upon full payment:

  • Final deliverables are transferred to the client
  • The client owns their website content and assets

Company Rights

We retain the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio
  • Reuse non-client-specific techniques, code structures, and design systems

7. Hosting & Infrastructure Disclaimer

If we assist with hosting, servers, or infrastructure (including VPS, WHM, cPanel, or third-party providers):

  • We act as a service provider only
  • The client is responsible for:
    • Server configuration
    • Security settings
    • Data stored on their systems

We are not liable for:

  • Server downtime
  • Data loss
  • Security breaches
  • Third-party hosting failures

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Websites may rely on third-party tools, including:

  • Themes and plugins
  • APIs and integrations
  • Hosting providers

We are not responsible for:

  • Failures or changes in third-party services
  • Licensing issues outside our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
